bundle of original letters to Lady Joan Legge, including arrangements for her visit by the Deputy Commissioner at Garhwal, letter from the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew (AD Cotton) referring to lilies she might see, signed agreement to work as a travelling bearer, Indian travel permit; and also originals of the letters sent home written by her;
printed pamphlet "Garhwal Glimpses" by Rev HA Hanson, printed August 1939 (refers to meeting Lady Joan, then reading about her death)
