DescriptionLondon, no prospect of change of measures here, stocks in a flourishing state and manufacturers fully employed, the newspapers abound with the most indecent reflexions upon Government and the grossest misrepresentations of facts, shows how both sides have been deceived by false accounts, thinks, now that things are better understood, it is time to negotiate, if no accommodation is made, more vigorous measures will be taken to reduce the Colonies as he has been assured that fifty millions of money can be raised to carry on the war if necessary
