DescriptionVery large detailed plan, mounted in small sections on fabric and folded. The area covered stretches from Sandwell Park to the west and Hampstead Hall to the south-east and to Delves Green to the north-east, Friars Park Wood in the north, showing a tramway running to the south, and the Friary near Browns Green to the south, also Three Mile Oak to the south-west with the junction of two railway lines. Some features appear on the edges, including the Walsall to Birmingham turnpike road to the east at the Scott Arms Inn, and the Birmingham Canal to the west.
Property sold to G B Nicholls and General Studd is distinguished by colouring.
